What this site is
This is an information site. The enquiry service is closed, no order can be placed here, and nothing on these pages creates a service contract, a quote, an engagement, an offer capable of acceptance, or any paid work. Any engagement with Ashers Hub would begin only with a separate written proposal that you accept.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you, or the business you represent, and ASHERS HUB LIMITED, company number 17204476, registered in England and Wales.
What Ashers Hub does
Ashers Hub is a founder-led commerce and business development company. It connects businesses and commercial opportunities, supports sourcing, private label, import, export and market entry, and helps clients build or grow digital businesses.
What is not promised
We do not guarantee replies, a set number of interested businesses, introductions, sales, revenue, contracts, market access, regulatory or marketplace approval, risk-free partners, or exclusivity.
We guarantee the delivery of the work we agree in writing. Each party remains responsible for its own final due diligence, product and compliance checks, references, credit assessment, negotiation, contract, payment and the trading relationship that follows.
Proposals and payment
Every Commercial Partner Search is scoped individually. You will receive a written proposal before any paid work begins.
Confidentiality and conflicts of interest
Information you share for the purpose of an enquiry or an agreed engagement is treated as confidential and used only for that purpose. Ashers Hub may work with businesses in the same sector. Where a conflict of interest would affect your engagement, we tell you.
