What this site does with your information

This is an information site. The enquiry form is closed and is not accepting live enquiries, so no enquiry data is collected here. The demonstration screens reachable from the enquiry page are rendered from fixed test data held in the page itself: they send nothing, create no enquiry and produce no reference number.

If you email us

Writing to info@ashershub.com is voluntary. That address is our administrative, privacy and legal contact route; while enquiry intake is closed we do not invite or accept commercial enquiries by email. We process what you send in order to read and answer your message. Our mailbox is provided by Zoho and the mailbox is in the EU.

How long we keep email

We have not yet fixed a confirmed retention period for email, and we are not going to state one here until we have. Our working rule is to keep correspondence only for as long as it is needed to answer you and to keep a reasonable record of the exchange. If you want your correspondence deleted sooner, write to info@ashershub.com and we will do it.

Hosting and site analytics

This site is hosted by Lovable. Lovable Visitor Analytics was enabled on this project until 3 August 2026, when it was switched off in the project settings. A check of the published page after that change found no analytics script loaded. We do not operate a cookie consent or objection banner, because there is no longer an analytics script for one to control. We have not deleted, and cannot confirm the deletion of, statistics or identifiers collected while it was enabled. See the cookies and analytics page for what we can confirm today.

Who processes it on our behalf

• Supabase, our database and application host. The database is in London, United Kingdom.
• Lovable, our website host. Their hosting region is still being verified. Lovable ran its own visitor analytics on published pages until we disabled it on 3 August 2026; our cookie information page explains that.
• Zoho, our email provider. The mailbox is in the EU.

Until 2 August 2026, email sent to our addresses was also forwarded automatically to a Gmail address, so a copy of each message reached Google. That forwarding was switched off on 2 August 2026 and no further email is forwarded. Copies that were delivered to that Gmail account before then still exist in it.

This list and our written agreements with these providers are still being finalised. Our hosting plan does not currently include a data processing agreement with Lovable, and several questions we have put to them about roles, retention and analytics subprocessors are unanswered.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects. Commercial decisions are made by a person.
