Accessibility statement

Ashers Hub aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site is designed with keyboard operation, reduced-motion preferences and a text contrast target of at least 4.5:1 in mind. Text contrast has been calculated from the site's own colour values: every text and background pair we use measures at least 5:1, against the 4.5:1 target. Keyboard operation and responsive layout have been exercised by automated browser tests across the site's pages and viewport widths, and those tests pass. No physical screen-reader pass has been carried out: VoiceOver and NVDA remain unverified, so we do not claim a screen-reader result.

The animated journey on the homepage has a reduced-motion fallback: if your system asks for reduced motion, the animation is not run at all and a single static frame is drawn instead. On small screens the same animation runs with fewer elements and a lower pixel ratio. If your browser cannot start WebGL, the canvas is hidden and the page still works without it. These behaviours are built into the code and have been exercised in automated browser checks, but they have not been reviewed by an independent auditor.
