Ashers Hub

Cookie information

This page describes every technology this site uses to store or read information on your device, and the choice you control.

Your choice

On your first visit you are asked to accept or reject optional analytics. The two actions are presented with equal prominence, and rejecting is not made harder than accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time.

Current privacy choice notice version: 2026-08-04.

Necessary

These operate and secure the website and cannot be switched off. They cover serving the pages, protecting the enquiry form against automated abuse, and remembering your privacy choice itself. For the choice we store one first-party item on your device containing only the decision, the notice version and the time it was made.

The published site is served through a content delivery network, and a response from ashershub.com sets a __cf_bm cookie. That is the network’s bot-management cookie, set by the infrastructure in front of the site rather than by our code. We describe it here because it is observable in the response; we do not use it and we do not read it.

Analytics (optional, off by default)

We run our own first-party measurement. Nothing is recorded, sent or stored until you turn analytics on. There is no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking script on this site, and no marketing content is embedded from other companies.

When analytics is on, a record contains only:

The complete list of events we record is: journey_completed, journey_skipped, service_viewed, case_opened, enquiry_started, enquiry_step_completed, enquiry_validation_error, enquiry_abandoned, enquiry_submitted, venture_external_click. Validation errors on the enquiry form are recorded only as a single generic event: never the field, the message or anything you typed.

We never record your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry text, company name, enquiry reference, form answers, IP address, full browser identification string or any value from a web address. There is no persistent visitor profile, no cross-site tracking and no sharing of this data with anyone.

Analytics records are deleted 90 days after they are created.

Who processes it

Analytics records are stored in our own database, operated for us by our website hosting and application infrastructure providers. They are not shared with an analytics company.

If you have a question about any of this, write to info@ashershub.com.
